WHO WE ARE
It began in 1994 when an acoustical contracting company carved a niche’ in large-scale hotel renovations. We specialized in contractually obligated, hotel interior renovations and updates that are required by the franchisee agreement. Performing renovations for marquee brands such as Marriot, Renaissance, Doubletree, Radisson and Hilton hotels, our range of contracts extended along the eastern seaboard from the Pennsylvania to Key West, Florida. In addition to the hotel projects, we completed franchise build-outs for Coldstone Creamery, Snap Fitness and J.R. Crickets Restaurants.
In 2008, we made the decision to focus on the growth opportunities emerging in the Atlanta metro area. We adopted a new name, CEAD Management, LLC that more accurately described our new focus. The residential construction market drew us in full-scale during the post "Great Recession" economic recovery. We began with developing wholesale “purchase and flip” projects and moderately priced housing. We followed the demand by expanded into luxury residential home construction. Additionally, we have developed private-equity funded student housing in the Atlanta University Center complex. We continue to produce light-commercial projects such as office interior build-outs and restaurants.
With the emergence of both the movie and musical industries in Georgia, luxury housing exploded. The professional athletics community sought Atlanta for both in-season and off-season residences as well. The rapidly expanding luxury home market revealed a need for the management and preservation of these large private estates. In 2009 the Private Client division was born. Serving the needs of a discerning clientele from these industries, we provide personal protection in the form of high-tech surveillance systems, physical preservation of assets in the form of scheduled routine maintenance & upkeep, and the escalation of the assets ROI through the addition of amenities. additions and upgrades.
